Refried Bean Soup

Today Wendell was gone, out of town and I watched Oprah since Tivo wasn't working. Any way, the witching hour of dinner came and didn't have any idea what to fix. So I picked up a can of refried beans and on the back it had a recipe for soup--I kid you not. It was delicious!

2 cans of diced tomatoes and green chilles. (3.5 cups of salsa, tomatoe puree or spaghetti sauce works as well.)

2 cans chicken broth
2 cup chicken
1/2 cup corn
1 can refried beans (my were 98% fat free)

We sprinkled cheese on it and Nate and I also added sour cream. YUM!!
