After going to Weight Watchers today, I decided that I need to take better care of myself. My leader, Tracie, asked us to write down 10 things to nurture ourselves. As the meeting went on I thought of more. I think I'll print them off so I can be reminded of things other than food that make me feel like I'm being taken care of. Here they are in no particular order.
1. Go shopping (especially for clothes for me)
2. Read a good book
3. Read "O" Magazine
5. Get a pedicure
6. Play piano
7. Go on a walk
10. Do a job that's hanging over my head
11. Get together with friends
This post is something I should update regularly and keep around so I can be reminded of how I should take care of myself.
