Meatloaf Burgers

Here's another recipe that Weight Watcher's Core Plan approved.

1.5 lbs extra lean hamburger
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 egg
1T. Italian seasoning (I used Tuscan Marinara by Playful Palate)

Mush together like you would a meat loaf, then divide into patties. (I got 6 patties.) We had them with mashed potatoes and a side of sweet onions.

We had something similar last night--turkey meatloaf made with oatmeal, one egg, tomato paste and spices. The kids all loved it! (I thought it was good, too.)
